(Bodyweight – No Equipment Required) – Matthew Siegel, M3

The workouts are completely bodyweight and require zero equipment. They are set up as circuit training, consisting of 14 different 1-minute exercises (working out for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds). The circuit is repeated 3x, and the class is ~1 hour with a warm up included. We workout together (virtually through Zoom) every Saturday at 1pm CST. Please email if you would like to join!
